Easter Week Details, Updated Activities Schedule for March & April, + Save the Date for VBS in June
This post includes details about our services surrounding Easter and other upcoming events. [Updated: 03/22/2023.]
We hope you can join us for our Maundy Thursday service on Thursday, April 6th. The service starts at 6:00 PM and there will be child care provided.
Then, we hope you’ll join us for our Easter service to celebrate the resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, April 9th. The service starts at 11:00 AM.

We’d like to announce that there will be a Women’s Book Club launching this spring!
The Book Club's first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 27th, beginning at 6:00 pm.
The book that they will be reading is “A Lineage of Grace” by Francine Rivers.
There are a few things to note:
This will be hosted by Lois Anne Chirieleison at the Chirieleison residence, not at WPC. [Her contact information is in the bulletin insert.]
If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to the church office. [Additionally, if you don’t have Lois Anne’s contact information already, we will gladly provide it to you!]
If you need a copy of the book, please call the church office and we can order one. It is also available on Amazon for $12.99.

Later in April, there will be a Church “Spring Cleanup Day” on Saturday, April 29th at 9:30 AM. There will be coffee and donuts provided.
And, we’re asking you to “Save the Date” for our Vacation Bible School. The 2023 edition will be from June 19th-23rd. The planning is already underway, and we’ll need people to help with the preparation, the program activities during VBS, and the post-VBS cleanup.
